Singer-Songwriter Jewel Plays her Greatest Hits at the Lisner
Singer-songwriter-poet Jewel comes to the Lisner Auditorium to perform some of the best-loved selections from her incredible catalogue of hits. More than 18 years after she first achieved international stardom, Jewel continues to move audiences across the world with the simplicity and power of her music. Only 21 when her debut album was released, Pieces of You would go platinum an astonishing 15 times, launching such classic songs as "Who Will Save Your Soul," "You Were Meant For Me" and "Foolish Games." And that was just the start of a journey that would lead to four Grammy nods, 10 studio albums and 27 million records sold. Now, Jewel comes to Washington on her Greatest Hits tour, celebrating the highlights of one of music's most successful -- and enchanting -- careers. Holly Williams, whose recent album Here With Me was proclaimed by Billboard to be "one of the best ... to come out of Nashville this year," will open.

The terrace seats in the Lisner Auditorium are horrible! I left early because the are so crowded on leg room. I'm 5'7" tall and my knees were jammed into the seat in front of my. It was worse than a 16 hour coach flight. Ppl were up and down because they were uncomfortable. It was hard to enjoy the show in such misery.star this tip starred
