This was a great space and the service was good. The Elijah Jamal Experience is a great, passionate group of young musicians on the rise! They performed a good set, with arabesque and Latin hooks. Hope to see and hear more of them in the future.

Akua Aldrich gave a stellar performance! The venue was intimate, Twins Jazz Club is small but inviting. Unfortunately the service was slow to order, to receive the drinks and to pay. At least the performer was top rate!

Being my first time at Twins, I found the atmosphere favorable for jazz. The lights were dimmed, the tables are the right size for a small group or couple, and the service is good and not distracting. Rolando Matias and his band were full of energy, playing various styles of jazz, both instrumental and with voice. The small crowd got into it, and the evening's highlight was salsa dancing by a couple celebrating their 29th wedding anniversary. I will go back.
