Talk about your merry and bright -- the charm-filled Christmas musical that broke box office records on Broadway is coming to town. Based on the hit 2003 movie starring Will Ferrell, this funny and heartfelt show follows the pointy-shoed footsteps of William "Buddy" Hobbs, who was raised as an elf in Santa's workshop and grows up -- and up, and up -- before finally discovering that he's actually human. So Santa sends Buddy on a quest to meet his human family, where it turns out the happy-go-lucky guy has to help them -- and the whole city of New York -- remember the true meaning of the season. Absolutely wonderful! It was so moving, people were crying at end when the Italian national anthem was sung - it was overwhelming. The seats were incredible - thanks you Goldstar...I was amazed at where I was sitting.
