Ms. Koh was really wonderful. Great variety in the pieces selected, something for everyone. Of course, the Kennedy Center was beautiful. Also a touching tribute to a now-retiring member of the orchestra who has played for 42 years. Very sweet.
On the Program:
Schumann – Overture to Die Braut von Messina, Op. 100
Thomas – Violin Concerto No. 3, “Juggler in Paradise”
Schumann – Symphony No. 2 in C major, Op. 61
