You've tried most of the other ways to meet people -- bars, set-ups, the laundromat -- but now it's time to give speed dating a try. The evening starts with a relaxed mx-and-mingle half hour, which gives you a chance to ease into things before the dating begins. Once everyone's there, the fun will start. Women will be seated at tables around the room and men will rotate from seat to seat, spending a few minutes chatting with each person. After about an hour of table-hopping, you'll have a chance to get up and mingle freely with the whole group, spending more time with those people you hit it off with most. Then, 48 hours after the event, the hosts will email you a link to the online system, where you can message your favorite people from the party, without anyone's personal contact info being revealed. It's a fun, safe way to meet tons of new people in the shortest time possible. Learn More
