Called "brilliant" by The New York Times
and "astonishing and entrancing" by Billboard

is a multi-media, multi-artist and fully-staged performance the explores the outer limits of both art ... and our own comfort zones. No ensemble is better qualified for such a trip to the frontiers of music and experience than this Brooklyn-based quartet. Using everything from standard drums to coffee cups, metal pipes and an amplified cactus, So Percussion performs works by contemporary composers as well as their own highly original music. Together since 1999, this accomplished group has worked with the likes of Medeski Martin & Wood, the Dirty Projectors, Dan Deacon and even sculptor Martin Kersels. Now experience their musical meditation on the places (and people) called "home."

When Agnes stumbles upon her late sister's Dungeons & Dragons notebook, she takes off on a revealing quest that finds her battling evil cheerleaders, randy ogres and homicidal faeries (with more than a little gore). Presented by Rorschach Theatre, the heartwarming action comedy She Kills Monsters -- a 2012 GLAAD Award nominee -- goes deeper than the fantasy game to explore the wounds of adolescence in a high-octane and dramatic fashion. Acclaimed Vietnamese-American playwright Qui Nguyen mashes up reality and fantasy, adds a dash of '90s pop culture and pays homage to the geek and warrior in all of us in this empowering story about embracing your inner badass.
