Celebrate Mardi Gras with a round of speed dating followed by an evening filled with merriment, beads and hurricanes, of course. During the one-hour speed dating portion of the evening you'll meet many members of the opposite sex by spending a few minutes with each new acquaintance before moving on to the next prospect. I really enjoyed meeting so many people. The atmosphere was upbeat and the energy was high. Would have been nice if at least one drink would have been included in the event price.

The event was very festive. The planners stayed focused on the Mardi Gras theme with beads, beads, beads everywhere. Thank you for a great event

During our speed dating portion of the evening, you'll date for approximately one hour, meeting intriguing members of the opposite sex as you spend a few sweet minutes with each new acquaintance. Meet singles and know right away who you mutually match with! 

Then, after the event, use our exclusive online system from home to choose your matches from the people at the event. Without disclosing your email address, you'll be able to send messages through our system to anyone who attended the event. 

Then at 9 p.m., the dating will be over and we will open the doors to the people who signed up for just the party portion of the evening. But you will already be inside the party if you opted for the speed dating plus party ticket, so you get to stay. And the best part is that you will already know dozens of people there! 

That's when the biggest and best Mardi Gras party in town begins! Professionals in the City invites you to an all-out, no-holds-barred, huge Mardi Gras Party and Celebration at the hotspot in D.C, kstreet lounge.

It's called “Fat Tuesday" because there’s an abundance of everything! Great drink specials ($5 Buds and $9 Belvedere drinks from 7:00pm to 10:00pm) and uninhibited merriment all in the spirit of preposterous fun, living it up, drinking Hurricanes and earning some beads!

Washington, D.C.’s best, most rockin’ music will have you taking to the streets in nonstop dance-fests; retro, top 40, and modern music.

Don your Mardi Gras mask to go along with your beads – have some over-the-top dress-up fun. There will be a contest for the best beads at 9:45pm. The most beads wins a prize. The more outlandish the better! Prizes include voucher for a free Club Getaway Weekend Vacation in Kent, CT plus more great prizes.
