This is one of the greatest comedies and it's hard to mess it up. The acting was good and overall, the play was enjoyable.
There are three acts with a brief intermission between Acts 1 and 2. There are also snacks for sale.
For the price of a movie ticket, this is a great alternative date night and a wonderful way to support community theater.

Excellent acting and comfortable seating. Refreshing evening!!!!

This is a classic play and one every theatre lover should see at least once. That is both a plus and a minus in this case - the language is so witty that it's hard to go wrong, but those who are familiar with the play or who have seen it before are likely to find it disappointing. Several members of the cast seem uncomfortable, and on the night we went, there were several muffed lines. I agree with another rater who notes that this is not of the caliber of last year's Amadeus - but that said, it's a great way to spend an evening in intimate surroundings and to support community theatre. The cucumber sandwiches offered at intermission add a nice touch, but they were very soggy - perhaps better to stick to the lemon bars.
