low budget group that does a lot with a little. Very provocative play, dance and music well integrated.

The play seeks to explore universal issues but does so rather superficially. The violence will deter many theatregoers.

Constellation Theater is my go-to place for unusual repertory. It's amazing what this company does on a small budget and in a small space. The cast was uniformly excellent. Be advised that if you are sitting in a side front row seat, stage action...continued

Yet another outstanding show by the Constellation. Great music by Tom Teasley, beautiful costumes, well staged, and performed.

It was a mesmerizing production. The music, costumes, act, and the atmosphere worked really well, and yet you're so close to the stage. It was fantastic.

Excellent! Deals with some very mature themes, not for kids, but the actors are brilliant, especially the 2 sisters. Would definitely recommend this to mature audiences!

This was my second time seeing the play. I loved it so much the first time, I bought tickets to another show to make sure more of my friends would see this phenomenal show. We stayed after for the meet-and-greet with the cast and crew. What a...continued

What an incredible retelling of a classic Greek myth! The words were beautiful and powerful...I almost wanted to take notes, there was so much wisdom in them. The play is **intense**, but even the violent parts are handled with dignity. I'm...continued

This was an imaginative retelling of the myth that took some poetic license with the actual story and toned down the violence. It was well staged and the acting was lively. Source is a tiny theater and there isn't a bad seat in the house.

Kathy and I really thought this was a terrific performance. The play is a wonderful grappling with good and evil, and the appearance one can put on, later found out - or perhaps it was a real change in the person. Very well done!!

wonderful play: Ovid, Roman writer of "myths." Constellation Theater's director is able to pull out performances that delve into the theater goer's psyche so these tales "live." I was particularly surprised by an act of violence that helped...continued

Powerful and moving re-telling of an Ovid re-telling of a Greek myth. Great use of a spare, but powerful stage, and incredible immediacy of music and action via a live performance. Myth Lives!

This was a great, imaginative retelling of Ovid's Procne and Philomela myth. The costumes and set were fantastic, and the Source is such an intimate space, one could not help but be drawn into the action. Great job!
