I wish gold star had made clear that this was an amateur / student production. While it was enjoyable, there were the kind of glaring missteps that would not be accepted in a professional production: missing lines, stumbling over dialogue, singers drowned out by the band. It was a forgiving audience, but as someone without a connection to the players, I'm not sure I would have paid even the 1/2 price if I'd known.
The show's running time is two hours and 30 minutes, including an intermission.
