<p>Probably best known as Officer James Garcia on Comedy Central’s hit show “Reno 911,” Carlos Alazraqui has also made many appearances on VH1 and E! TV, as well as his many voiceovers, as Mr. Crocker on Nickelodeon’s “Fairly Odd Parents,” Rocko on “Rocko’s Modern Life,” and Lube and Winslow in “Cat/Dog.” Alazraqui was also the voice on one of the most recognizable campaigns in commercial history – “Yo Quiero Taco Bell.” </p>
<p> Carlos starred in his own half hour stand up comedy special on Comedy Central, and regularly performs at the Hollywood Improv, the Ice House, the M Bar and the Knitting Factory in Hollywood. He recently completed shooting on a horror film with Lou Diamond Philips titled "Dark Portal” and has also appeared in “I Downloaded a Ghost,” "Happy Feet," and “Reno 911” the movie.</p>
