I was a little dumbfounded, because Goldstar stated that Edwin San Juan was supposed to be the Main Event, but this was not so. It was a little disappointing that there were Comics that came after Edwin San Juan that were horrible. If Jeff Garcia was the Main Event, Edwin San Juan should have gone before him. After all this was billed as "Slanted Comedy." Most of the comics were pretty good, but there were several that should definitely not quit their day job. I was hoping for a longer set from Edwin San Juan, since that was the main reason why I decided to attend. However, Jeff Garcia was absolutely hilarious, so the night wasn't too bad. Goldstar Events should be more careful in billing an event.Written on Aug 12 2008
