Written on Dec 04 2011The music was wonderful and most of the video presentation was very good. Some of the videos didn't seem to connect to the music very well, but most were enjoyable. The ending was a little too self-promoting.

Written on Dec 03 2011A classy group and a nice way to begin the holiday season. Excellent family event and also a wonderful place to take a date. The Hanover Theater is a very nice venue and is operated professionally.

Goldstar process and venue were fine. The performance itself did not have the high energy I expected from hearing Mannheim Steamroller music. The concert started and ended with a self serving commercial for their CDs, etc. The videos were distracting and hokey except when it was just lights. I expected to be blown away by the sound of this group and it just wasn't there. Judging from the chatter around me, others were not feeling engaged either. Where I was sitting we were surprised at the number of people who left at intermission. Mannheim Steamroller needs to rethink their Christmas program - focus on their unique music and get rid of all the other nonsense.
