The film presents the ensemble's concert performance of 20th century Turkish music, as well as interviews and insights into the surprising cultural and musical links between Boston and Turkey. DÜNYA, which takes its name from the Turkish, Arabic, Persian and Greek word for "world," has explored a wide range of music from around the world since its 2004 debut. The diverse group includes specialists in early European and Jewish music, jazz and contemporary pop sounds. Members will be on-hand for brief discussions before and after the screening. Learn More

These guys have been performing for 10 years, but this is the first time I saw them. Fantastic show! They were at Hanover two years ago, and I'll be sure to see them again.

One of the U.K.’s hottest and most successful rock shows, One Night of Queen, returns to the Hanover Theatre.
In 1985, following their appearance on Live Aid, Queen were internationally acclaimed as the best live band on Earth with Freddie Mercury as the greatest live performer of his generation. Few performers could ever hope to match his unique talent.
Since Winning iTV’s Stars in Their Eyes, Gary Mullen has been recognised world-wide as the closest thing to Freddie. His voice, persona and portrayal will send a shiver down your spine and leaves your hairs standing on end. He and his band the Works recreate the excitement and atmosphere of a live Queen concert to unmatched perfection.
Years of touring has seen One Night of Queen build a reputation for regularly selling out large theatres and concert halls, across the U.K., Europe and the world.
