Set on America's Western frontier, this story of the love between a cowboy and a farm girl features such Broadway hits as "Oh, What a Beautiful Mornin'," "The Surrey With the Fringe on Top" plus the exuberant title song. Making his Los Angeles-area directorial debut is Davis Gaines, an award-winning actor who performed the title role in The Phantom of the Opera on Broadway, Los Angeles and San Francisco. Musical Theatre West's production features a blend of professional actors from Hollywood, Broadway and national tours, along with the best in local talent.

The musical "oaklahoma" was fantastic.The parking needs improvement. There is no reason to take 25 mins. to get out of that lot. All exits should be opened.It is enough to not want to back and see any kind of function and have to deal with that mess, especially the amount of gas that is wasted and money.

My friend and I enjoyed the show. The music was wonderful it brought back so many memories of the 50s and 60s. The performers all had marvelous voices. What a nice way to spend a Saturday.
