Report as inappropriateIt's surprisingly quite entertaining! My 15 yr old daughter is certainly having a great time. The intimate setting allow us to have an immersive experience as if we're right there with them, transported back to 18th century Vienna, watching childish Mozart's rise and fall, with Salieri as the anti-hero protagonist who still suffered even many years after Mozart's death. Great acting and story telling! Thanks Goldstar for a great evening!
Report as inappropriateI had very high expections based on previous productions I've seen over the years here and this musical exceeded all of them! Our group of 6, with different ages and different backgrounds, all thoroughly enjoyed this fantastic adaptation of the movie. What they were able to do within the spaces was nothing short of incredible. I couldn't recommend this any more highly.
Report as inappropriateBoth me and my husband enjoyed it very much. The acting and story was great, the seats were great, and the personal attention was very refreshing. We would definitely go back.
Report as inappropriateAmazing local talent. Both creative production and the great cast! This is a don't miss it. Better than the movie. Mozart, Franz Joseph , Salieri, Constance very well done.

Description
The Maverick first produced Amadeus in 2003 and proudly brings back to its stage this genius tale of music, madness, and Mozart.
Amadeus is a gripping drama and a wonderful celebration of the music of Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart. The story is revealed through the narration of an Old Antonio Salieri flashing back to 1781 when he was the court composer to Emperor Joseph II. Then Mozart arrives at court and Salieri is horrified to discover that the godlike musical gifts he desires for himself have been bestowed upon a bawdy, impish jokester. Mad with envy, Salieri plots to destroy Mozart by any means – perhaps even murder.
