How to Claim Tickets
Tickets are issued by the venue or promoter and are typically picked up just before the event. For certain events, tickets are sent by mail. Look for the "Ticket Information" section for specific details. For security, only the person whose name appears on the purchasing credit card or recipient of a gift can pick up tickets at the venue. Please be sure to bring a valid photo ID.
Looking for Dates Not Posted
If you don’t see the date you want on our site, that means we don’t currently have any tickets for that date. We work hard to get as many offers on our site as we can, but we can only sell the specific dates that the venue or promoter has listed with us. We are constantly updating our site as new ticket allotments come in, so check back to see if we have the date you’re looking for.
Trouble Purchasing Tickets
Please make sure your Web browser accepts cookies, as they are required to browse the site and make a purchase. Cookies, which are a means of remembering things like log-in info, are enabled by default on all web browsers. Cookies can be disabled by anti-spyware software or corporate IT administrators. Many reported problems are related to cookies being disabled. Please make sure you have your browser set to accept cookies, and if you continue to have problems, contact us.
Cancelled or Postponed Events
Cancellation policies are determined by the venue and can vary, but generally if an event or service is canceled by the ticket supplier or service provider, this is cause for a refund of the ticket price and service charge.
Policies regarding postponed events vary by venue. If the event was moved or rescheduled, contact us for exact instructions.
Refunds After an Event Takes Place
Disliking an event, though disappointing, is not cause for a refund. However, if you attend an event and the offer was significantly different than advertised, please let us know so that we can contact the venue and ensure that it does not happen again and, if appropriate, offer you a refund or credit.
Goldstar’s no refund policy applies even to events you miss due to an emergency. We cannot offer refunds for unclaimed tickets.
