- Forgotten Password
- In order to protect the privacy of our users and the security of the information in their accounts, we cannot tell you your current password. However, we will be happy to assign a new password to you. Just visit our Reset Password page and enter your email address.
- If you no longer use the email address you registered with, you will need to sign up again with your new email address, or contact us so we can change your email address for you (which will ensure that your purchase history and settings are saved in your account).
- Account Information
- You can change any of your account information, including your email address, password, ZIP code or event alerts, on the My Account page.
- Unsubscribe
- To unsubscribe from newsletters and featured event alerts without disabling your Goldstar account, visit My Subscriptions. Unsubscribing will disable your email address so that you will no longer receive our offers by email.
- Deactivation
- To completely disable your Goldstar account so that you no longer have access to the site or receive emails go to Edit Account. Please note that this will delete your account history completely. If you want to access www.goldstar.com in the future, you will have to sign up again.
