Forgotten Password
In order to protect the privacy of our users and the security of the
information in their accounts, we cannot tell you your current password.
However, we will be happy to assign a new password to you. Just visit our
Send Password page and enter your email
address. Within minutes, your new password will be sent to the email
address listed in your user profile.
If you no longer use the email address you registered with, you will need to
sign up again with your new email address,
or contact us so we can change your
email address for you (which will ensure that your purchase history and
settings are saved in your account).
Account Information
You can change any of your account information, including your email
address, password, ZIP code or event alerts, on the
My Account page.
Unsubscribe
To cancel your Goldstar account, visit our Unsubscribe
page. Unsubscribing will disable your Goldstar account and you
will no longer receive our offers by email. To unsubscribe from various
event alerts without disabling your Goldstar account, visit
My Account.
