How to Purchase Tickets
Go to the event page for the show you're interested in. You can get to the event page from the email notification or the Current Offers page. Click "Check Availability" next to the show you're interested in to find out what seats are still open. From there select the quantity of tickets you want and the seating type (if necessary), then click "Checkout."

On the checkout page, enter your contact and billing information, including credit card number. Once you click "Submit," your order will be processed and we will send you a confirmation email that includes information on obtaining your tickets. In most cases, you simply pick up your tickets at will-call on the day of the event.

Purchases are final and tickets will be available at the venue. For security, only the person whose name appears on the purchasing credit card or recipient of a gift can pick up those tickets. Please be sure to bring a valid photo ID.


Why can't I find tickets to a specific event?
We specialize in offering our customers great ideas for fun nights out, usually by selling last-minute tickets to events that are available. Therefore, you won't find offers for all events in your area. For a list of all available events, please visit our Current Offers page.


Trouble Purchasing Tickets
Please make sure your Web browser supports SSL and cookies, as both are required to claim tickets. Most reported problems are related to these two issues. If you continue to have problems, please contact us.


Cancelled or Postponed Events
Cancellation policies are determined by the venue and can vary, but generally if an event or service is cancelled by the ticket supplier or service provider, this is cause for a refund of the ticket price and service charge.

Policies regarding postponed events vary by venue. If the event was moved or rescheduled, contact us for exact instructions.


Cancellations/Refunds
We cannot cancel your tickets once an order has been placed, nor can we offer a refund for unclaimed tickets. However, if you attend an event and the offer was significantly different than advertised, please let us know so that we can contact the venue and ensure that it does not happen again and, if appropriate, offer you a refund or credit.


Payment Methods
We currently accept payment only by credit card. We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express.
