How do I get my tickets?
Tickets are issued by the venue or promoter and are typically picked up just before the event. For certain events, tickets are sent by mail. Look for the "Ticket Information" section on the "Event Details" page for specific details.

Can you tell me my seat or aisle number?
Because we do not issue the tickets ourselves, we are unable to provide you with your exact seat assignment. If the seats are listed as being in a particular section, you are guaranteed to be seated in that section. If the seats are listed as general admission, you will select your own seats when you enter the venue.

Are these good seats?
These are seats that do regularly sell for the full price listed and are not classed by the venue as being obstructed.

Will my group be seated together?
For events with assigned seating, as long as you buy your seats in one transaction, they will be together. You are limited to how many tickets you can buy in one transaction. If you have a large group, you may buy your tickets in multiple transactions and write us to request that you be grouped together. We'll put a note on the order and the venue will do its best to accommodate.

If I have a question, whom do I contact?
Contact us, and we'll be able to answer any questions. The venue can answer general questions about the event, but they will not have the will-call list with your name on it until shortly before the event starts.
