Inanna and the Huluppu Tree: One of the World's Oldest Stories Brought to Life

Miami Theater Center (9806 NE 2nd Avenue Miami Shores, FL 33138)
Tell A Friend
Step inside the Miami Theater Center and experience the magic of one of the world's oldest stories. Before Ishtar, Isis and Athena, there was a goddess named Inanna who restored harmony to a city ravaged by ceaseless storms and displaced, flying deities. Along Inanna's journey, she faces incredible challenges and chaos, but ultimately achieves victory. John Thomason of Miami New Times named Inanna and the Huluppu Tree a top pick, highlighting the "aerial choreography and an array of lavish, feathered period costumes."
