How was your experience?
The event was wonderful and I truly appreciated the half-price ticket offer which went off without a hitch: will call was a breeze and we got into our seats easily, in time to enjoy the show. The only drawback at all would only be feedback on the venue which I'm not sure you can pass on or not. We sat in Row B (56/58) in the South Terrace and the air conditioners on the roof of the new concession row were to our right. The noise from the a/c seemed almost as loud as the music amplification at that angle so I got Tony in one ear and mostly a/c noise in the other. Alas. Bad design. You'd think they'd have put the a/c on cement pads behind the building rather than the roof directly in line with those seats. Some speakers to address that side might also help. They should also consider curtaining that space off from overlooking the south interior plaza as occasional voices from employees and tear down of the vendor concessions could also be seen and vaguely heard. Despite the sound issues (and Tony and his small ensemble were not a loud group), it was a nice evening.
