How was your experience?
Make sure you brng a printed reciept. As soon as I went to the counter, the cashier had an attitude. I told her I had a reservation through oldstar, and showed her my blackberry with the email. She proceeded to give me an atttude and started dialing the manager to find our tickets. I tried to as what was going on, but she obviously couldn't be bothered, and told us "We do things differently here, your going have to wait" Then the girl next to her, about a half hour later, tried to help. She also called a lot of people, and then after about 15 minutes of her trying to help, finally told the manager we ordered the tickets through goldstar. We then had to go to the back office and print the tickets out. When I went back downstairs, the girls proceeded to tell me, next time if I order the tickets through their website, they might be able to find it, and I should print it out 48 hours in advance. So after about an hour of having to deal with the cashiers attitudes, I finally made it in. It was just ok. I don't know if it's because I was so aggrevated over how long and frustrating it was to actually get the tickets, or because I now had to rush to make sure I got back to my car to feed the meter. The manager gave me a free book because of the cashiers attitudes, and I didn't see half the wax people featured in the magazine. Glad I only paid the Goldstar rate, not even sure it was worth it though...
