How was your experience?
After reading some of the feedback here, I feel like I must have seen a different show than some of the other reviewers! I took seven kids with me, ranging in age from 3-11, and we LOVED the show! Contrary to what I've read in some of the reviews, the show was chock full of swordplay and hand-to-hand combat, in addition to a great deal of acrobatics, comedy, & an impressive amount of swing to & fro. The show was much more engaging than my experience at Medieval Times (an unavoidable comparison), and I thought the food was better too. Service was fine, despite our server (Dara, or Darla) only offering a choice between Coke and beer, for our drinks. (I overheard another server offering a choice between Coke, Sprite, Water, and Beer, so make sure you know your true options)! The audience participation is fun, and some audience members get involved in the show on & around the stage, which is great! I recommend this show, especially at the Goldstar discounted rate. What we did NOT learn through Goldstar is that the venue recommends arriving an hour-and-a-half before showtime, for the pre-show & hors d'oeuvres. It isn't CRITICAL, but why not?
