How was your experience?
Laurie Kilmartin had some funny jokes, but her pacing was strange. It seemed as if she was bored and didn't want to be there. I think it is supposed to be her shtick, but it didn't work for me. It was entertaining, but I wouldn't see her again. Sherry Sirof was odd. She had many offensive jokes that made the audience cringe, and not in a good way. Her comedy set jumped around from topic to topic with no cohesive transitions. It was a bit like being inside the head of a hyperactive kid on Ritalin. They are sort of drugged, but their thoughts are still racing. Julian Vance had the best stage presence of the bunch. His did the best job at connecting with the audience. He is a young comic. His jokes could use some improvement, but I am sure he will improve with more experience. All in all...not a stellar night at the Punch line.
