How was your experience?
Having been to Medieval Times a couple of times, I can't help but compare it to my experience there. For starters, the check-in process was about the same (slow and inefficient). Once you get in, it's better in that there are free appetizers provided for the hour or so that you're inside waiting for the show to start. This was a plus in comparison to MT, where you have to pay if you want to eat anything before the show. As other reviewers mentioned, there was quite a bit of singing and acrobatics -- unexpected but not bad. The plus is that you are closer to the action (no need for those nets that MT has) and there is quite a bit of audience participation (my 2 boys thought it was cool that they got to be in the show). The food was, in my opinion, not as good as MT, and portions were slightly smaller. Personally, I like MT better, but my boys (ages 11 and 8) thought Pirate's was cooler. Recommendation: good for kids, tolerable for adults.
