How was your experience?
Much of the articles were overpriced and many items could be found in and around other stores in L.A. Having said that, there were two vendors that I found to be excellent. One carried authentic Afghani clothes, textiles, and jewelry. The vendor spoke to my friend and me, explaining the culture and her travels in purchasing these items. Another vendor travels to India and came back with some very different clothing, nothing that you usually see in stores that carry Indian clothing. She also took the time to explain her travels and the culture to us, making any purchases much more meaningful. In general, I felt that the room to the right was way overcrowded and the room to the left, although was organized better, held a very musky smell to it. The parking was atrocious - very hard to get in and out, let alone enough parking spaces.
