How was your experience?
The cruise was a nice way to spend part of the evening even for newyorkers. Beautiful weather really helps. We had no problems getting the tickets with Goldstar confirmation. Showing up early and getting in line to board really pays off- there isn't enough seats on the open deck. People stand along the railing, and even if you have a seat, from time to time you are presented with someone's backside rather than city views. The guide was funny, but half of the narration were facts of his personal and family life. Music was nice and, kind of, on the background, not too loud or annoying. The city views at sunset and in the dark are, of course, magnificent. The crew gives plenty of photo opportunities. All in all it was a pleasant experience.
