How was your experience?
My one complaint is that Goldstar advertises "Come hungry!" You should actually eat a little something light in the morning because the first 3 places you visit only give you a small taste of one thing at each location. My friend and I were starving because we thought we'd be given tons of food right off the bat. Around noon you get a big thai meal which is great. Afterwards you continue to do a couple more tastings so you're pretty full at the end of it all. The history of Little Italy and Chinatown the guide shares with you is interesting and it's a wonderful way to learn which restaurants are worth trying considering there are so many options!
