How was your experience?
Teacher Liz has lots of energy and really cares that you learn. Basic skills training (like knife handling) was good. Recipes were creative. Some recipes needed a little tweaking, one was too salty and the soup recipe needed more stock. Recipes could have been written a little more clearly, especially for beginners. I wouldn't have paid full price but at the Goldstar price it was a good value for the dollar. Parking is problematic, best just to pay for the metered parking on the street. Place is really small and can be hard to see. It's across the street from Ralph's.
