How was your experience?
I think it's hard to give a fair review on this because it all depends on the comedian of the night. I personally found the comedian to be low-brow and unoriginal, but some other seemed to find him hillarious, so it's all about preference. We also had to deal with back and forth with a heckler, which was somewhat amusing at first but got incredibly uncomfortable after a while. The jazz duo was fine and the magician was fine. The food was overpriced - the food tasted fine, but was way overpriced for what it was. The wait staff, though very nice and polite, is a bit slow. If you park in the garage, they will give you a validation ticket - so you won't have to pay the ghastly fee. So that's nice. I say the event was okay, because for the low cost of $11/ticket you DO get 3 different "acts" and I'm sure there are some better comic acts, I just didn't enjoy the one I saw. Also, it's closed right now for renovations, but there's a dance club upstairs which would be fun to follow a show with after. I believe it re-opens in March. I'd definitely give it another shot.
