How was your experience?
I enjoyed this class, but was not what I expected, as it was hands on for the stretching process but did not include the curd making. Grace our teacher was knowledgable and a good instructor. Seemed to be a good couple class, as there was little to do and you had a tasting of the cheese and some wine. Lot's of great take home goodies from the store below ... yum!
