How was your experience?
My friend and I took our 11 yr. old daughters to this. They both love theater productions and we thought this would be different to do. We were not disappointed! The tour lasts about 1 hr. and you get the history of the magnificant theater and get to go backstage. We couldn't see the dressing rooms on Tuesday because they were getting them ready for Eddie Vedder who was performning that night (saw his equip trunks - cool!). The part I loved, besides seeing all of the amazing architecture, was the stairway filled with signatures of everyone that has performed there -- I have pics of signatures from Frank Sinatra, Bill Cosby, Rob Orbison, Julie Andrews, the list goes on. This is a must for anyone who loves the theater or Chicago history.
