How was your experience?
A beautifully written, well-directed play. The set is wonderful. Great casting, great cast; particular standouts were Brenda Barrie, Martha Lavey and Michael Patrick Thornton. Do not go if you need lots of action and drama. This is a quiet play that speaks volumes about the inner lives and interactions between residents of a small town. It could take place anywhere, including an urban neighborhood. The themes of love and loneliness, tedium and exhilaration, beginnings and endings, all of which make up everyday life, are fully explored through the beautiful language and bright humor of the play.
