How was your experience?
I attended the event the SECOND TIME AROUND. Because it was a friday game, it was crowded. we also chose the HOTTEST day of the entire year to watch this game.. and thought maybe with the indoors, we'd be OK. But no, it was so overheated that the A/C was working, but minimally. it was crowded, so the body heat from everyone did not help. I liked my first visit (you can read my review from that time) - a lot more. The food was excellent so I'll always appreciate the food and the staff who served. They were sooo cordial and excellent. That will be my last friday night game, though. it was just too much of the lack of A/C, the crowd, and it was just not as comfortable, not sure why. We did not stay till the end, to avoid the crowds leaving. It backfired on us when the elevator (yes the VIP elevator) broke down and we had to walk and take the ramp. Usually , the walk is good BUT remember, this was the hottest day in record history... 110 or whatever it was and the heat was BEAMING, even at 10pm at night. So that wasn't a pretty moment. Usually not a complainer but I wanted to mention to folks who are interested in viewing this game with this audi lounge setting - if you are going to spend the money, be prepared to expect the unexpected. once again, just to reiterate - the food was excellent and be sure that the food is first rate, top of the line and you won't be let down. but there were other issues such as the broadcast PA system was intermittently on and off - a bit disappointing. One of the managers told me because it's just overheated so from time to time, things will go haywire. Sigh* I dont want to discourage anyone to give it a try as there will always be things that will falter. I just wish it did not happen to us since it was $150 for a ticket :( I did expect a lot more.
