How was your experience?
A marvelous concert!!! The Rachmaninoff Piano Concerto was actually the spectacular event with mesmerizing camera shots of the pianist's hands thrown up on the large viewing screens. The Tchaikovsky numbers were both beautiful (Sleeping Beauty Suite) and impressive (1812 Overture). The seats, however, were up very high in the Terrace section and too far to the side. Horn-honking from exiting patrons of Wild Rivers carried to the Amphitheatre and were annoying during the orchestra's performances.
