How was your experience?
The dated quality of the material was fascinating; e.g., the level of sexism, acceptable employee practices (e.g., shoving) that was tolerated. The music had several old-time memorable pieces. The two leads were strong vocally. Overall acting was a bit wooden, except for Frank Kohel & Kirsten de Lohr Helland, and a stand-out performance by Zandi Carlson. Choreography quite uneven. Probably overall closer to 3.5 stars.
