The Sklar Brothers were fantastic: funny, quick, smart - everything you want in a comedy act. I can't, however, rate this show any higher than "It Was Ok" because the two openers were awful. The guy right before the Sklar Bros may have been the worst comedian I've seen live. And then the venue. Parlor Live Comedy Club is tucked back in the corner of Parlor Billiards, which is in a mall in Bellevue. It was...not my scene. Too loud, too tacky, too many waitresses in tiny, black dresses, over priced drinks, awful comedy venue with way too many people packed in to an ill conceived seating arrangement (I was seated somewhere that had MY BACK to the stage, so I spent the whole show twisted around - this was not indicated on the seating chart, so I was unpleasantly surprised by the seating arrangement). I definitely prefer Kirkland's Laughs Comedy Spot if I have to go to the Eastside for comedy. All that being said, I the quality of the Sklar Bros set greatly inflated this rating.
