How was your experience?
Tennessee Williams was at the top of his form during my high school and early college years. Who could forget someone as gifted and at the same time somewhat lost in alcohol and drugs? And, I cannot think of him without seeing Elizabeth Taylor, staring, as she did, in so many of his productions. Cygnet's production of The Glass Menagerie will remain a high point of my theater-going life. The acting was so professional that the characters meshed into the scenery, which clung to the delicate refrains of the music. We became one with the Menagerie. I could go on and one, but I don't want to do that. Trust me, nothing will disappoint you and you will leave the theater knowing you have participated in something great, something immensely sad and altogether overwhelming.
