How was your experience?
Seats were ridiculously far away. My daughter loved it because she was close to the stage. We were in the nose-bleed section - and it was too far away to enjoy. The music was extraordinarily loud and distorted. The show itself is neither Cirque nor Pop Music Concert - it's a bad amalgam - neither this nor that. Frankly, it's a mess. The second half is better, more Cirque-like. It's as if the Cirque people got a license to do a MJ show, and they handed it to their junior person on the design team and said, "Put some of our technology, video, and bling together and make it really show-y, then add music, and oh yeah - we should have some dancing, and of course, throw in some trapeze artists while you're at it. " And don't forget to bring $35 for parking! And $6.50 for a bag of popcorn. Awful food at this venue - the worst of fast foods at absurd prices. They don't even let you bring in your own water, so you pay $6 for a small bottle of the stuff. Unless you're a die-hard MJ fan, don't bother with this $200 boondoggle.
