How was your experience?
This is a loving and funny homage to (and send-up of) "The Silence of the Lambs," loaded with inside jokes and references. The more familiar you are with the original film, the better you'll like "Silence! The Musical" and the more references you'll understand (and there are plenty of them). Also watch for the Bob Fosse and Michael Bennett/A Chorus Line snippets of choreography. The cast is fabulous, the talent is deep and the musical numbers and dialogue are hilarious. I was there on 3/14/12, so I know I speak on behalf of the entire audience when I express very special thanks and appreciation to our impromptu opening act, Todd Robbins (Google him!) who entertained us in stomach-churning style from 8pm to 9pm, until one of the actresses was able to get to the theater from the airport. What a great night!
