How was your experience?
Customer service is very poor. Returning my phone calls took too long when I initially spoke to someone. I wasn't able to redeem a gift massage that was already paid for in full. I tried to reschedule it but they wouldn't honor it even if I paid for the rescheduling fee. I spoke to two of the staff about the situation and received mixed up answers. Now a perfectly good gift went down the drain. Since they wouldn't compromise with me at all on this last event, I have to say I'm not going back.
