How was your experience?
I had not read Cymbeline, so was a bit nervous; however, the adaptation of adding the pianist/commentator took care of that. The pianist's occasional summaries and musings kept the plot foregrounded while not sacrificing the Shakespearean language throughout the rest of the play. The acting was good, the simple setting plus imagination quite effective, and the multiple roles each actor performed adroitly handled. There were some fast costume changes required!
