How was your experience?
Boomerang Yacht Tours has the potential to be an amazing event.. .however it is horribly disorganized! The address for will-call was incorrect, we walked up and down the dock for an hour and a half trying to figure out where we were supposed to get our tickets. One source (my goldstar confirmation said 3000K street, I called a number on Boomerang's site and they said 3100K). Turns out we were supposed to wait for the boat to come- and our confirmation serves as our ticket. On top of that the confirmation says to arrive early and that the boat leaves PROMPTLY at such and such time... well when that time arrived the boat HAD NOT! Someone finally found a representative of Boomerang who told us that the boat was coming (didn't even see it on the horizon). My fiancee and I were REALLY looking forward to this event, the disorganization of it all was very discomforting. I don't understand why no one could just tell us to wait at the dock until the boat arrived. Oh and Boomerang's own customer service office was closed so we couldn't even get help from them. We didn't actually get on the boat... we were frustrated and ready to leave (by the way that happened at 3:30 and the boat still wasn't there).
