Guided Night Tour
How was your experience?
An outstanding tour ran by a top notch outfit. From the very start, the staff was very professional while being welcoming and friendly. The location was easy to find, we were given instructions on where to park for $10 for the full day (which in the area of Pier 39 is unheard of), and checked in quickly. What I really appreciated was that from start to finish, my group was taken care of. Being that we were doing the night tour, they had jackets for us to bundle up in, gloves as well. Through out the tour, our guide took pictures which we were given access to after the tour at no charge. At our first break, we were given a recommendation for where to get a yummy slice of New York style pizza. Kennedy and her two co-workers ran this tour smoothly. The Segways themselves were in impeccable shape, and we were given time to familiarize ourselves with the way they felt and worked before anyone left the alley and hit the road as a group. After this, we headed out in a small group of 7 plus our guide Kennedy (she's a wonderful guide who's informative, friendly while still attentive to her surroundings and your safety), and weaved through the streets of San Fran. We hit a number of the scenic spots and given history of the area. I was impressed at the value of the package and quality of the tour. I'd recommend this to all, and this is accessible to all skill levels. If you are looking to add a different twist to the way you see the city, I recommend you give this a try, you will not regret it.
