How was your experience?
I actually didnt attend the event but I was upset about the circumstances. I had a sick child and couldnt attend so the morning of I contacted customer service to see if they could help, they offered me a lose/lose situation. I couldnt have a refund and if I sold the tickets they couldnt guarantee the person I sold them to would actually be allowed to use my ticket. So basically I was screwed and they could care less. Wont be purchasing another event throught goldstar
