How was your experience?
We live in Seattle and booked the cruise to celebrate our daughter's 30th birthday. She lives in LA and brought two friends who had never been to our beautiful city. The staff was attentive (but not overbearing). The ship was lovely, and the buffet was good. I was a little worried since sometimes the entertainment or venue is expected to outweigh the quality of the meal. I was disappointed that they didn't explain the points of interest like they do on Argosy. My only negative issue, however, is when I had to buy an extra ticket, as there was a limited amount available on Goldstar, I paid $40 extra on top of the regular priced ticket for a guaranteed window table. All of the tables were next to windows! Maybe they are arranged differently during other cruises?
