Friday November 9, 2012 / 7:30pm (Dinner Seating at 6:00pm)Henry Prego Sings Frank Sinatra: Live From Las Vegas
Platinum Section Special
How was your experience?
Henry Prego did a pretty good imitation of Frankie, and I enjoyed listening to the old songs. What I thought was rude of him was that he introduced his band by reading off a sheet---this is discounting the people that made him look good. If these people were new to him, he should either take the time to learn their names or let someone else do the introductions. Very bad manners. The dinner was a nightmare. We got there on time, was given a menu, and had to wait a long time to order. After more than 30 minutes went by I got up and asked if they could bring our wine. It was brought with the excuse it needed to be chilled. Another issue brought up by the waiter was the management did not staff for the number of people attending. If this is true, management should be fired. Then another 20 or so minutes went by and I asked if we could have some bread. The dinner was served after the show started (which was late) . The chicken was refrigerator cold in the middle and uncooked---disgusting!!!!!!!!!!!!! So couldn't eat the meal. I realize for the price of the show, I only expected a so-so meal, but this was horrible. Before you start saying I'm a high maintenance woman, I need to let you know I waitressed myself through high school, college and grad school. There are many actions that can be taken to make a customer happy when the food was late. There was no attempt until I spoke up. Then an excuse for everything.
