The Fab Four lads have the music, mannerisms, and looks (hair/costumes) of the Beatles down cold. Great harmonies, really enjoyed their performances. The show, however, has a lot of extraneous filler. The intermission was almost 35 minutes (!), which was then followed by another 10+ minutes of goofy stand-up by their Ed Sullivan impersonator and a dated period video of various Brits attempting to sing portions of Beatles songs. At another point, they managed to drag out a single t-shirt giveaway to almost 10 minutes... just throw the darn thing into the crowd and get on with the show already! While "Ed" initially serves as a nice intro near the beginning of the show (and covers for a quick costume change), his later appearances become increasingly tiresome and awkward. So, great music and performances by the band, but the show pacing could use some serious belt-tightening. The Grove is a nice venue, parking is convenient although pricey ($10 for a ~2 hr show).
